Real Madrid is reportedly ready to make the best target after missing out on Crystal Palace Central midfielder Adam Wharton Martin Zubimendi to Arsenal.

Xabi Alonso’s side can really do it with deep midfield players to determine the tempo of the game. Arsenal rookie Zubimendi looks like he was the ideal fit.

Still, Spanish International has chosen to join the Gunners instead, claiming that Wharton is now emerging as an actual alternative.

However, the report states that the palace cannot bring Wharton below 80 million euros, and England International is Manchester United’s highest goal.

Wharton is also on Liverpool’s radar, but claims he is considered a dream signature, especially for Man UTD.

Red Devils failed to get a deal with Brighton’s Carlos Baleba this summer, so Wharton appears to be his next priority, according to AS.

But Real Madrid would be very difficult to refuse, as most footballers in the world think it’s the biggest move they can make in their careers.

Will Wharton leave Crystal Palace this summer?

It’s probably hard to imagine Wharton leaving the palace this summer, as the Eagles have agreed to a deal to sell Ebebeki Eze to Arsenal, according to Athletic and others.

The palace also has Mark Guech in the final year of his contract, so it could be a difficult time for the club.

Oliver Grasner, who just won the FA Cup and Community Shield, appears to be actually building something very promising at Selhurst Park, but with key players still standing quickly, everything can fall apart soon.

Wharton is still young, so perhaps he can wait a year or two before getting a big move, but it will be interesting to see if he has a real or United Test Palace resolve and try to get something done quickly.
