Reinier de Ridder Reveals What He Told Bo Nickal After UFC Victory

Reinier de Ridder has a message to Bo Nickal right after the battle.

Despite being a former two-division One World champion, few people have given undefeated prospects the opportunity to get to the top before “RDR” was exaggerated. But ultimately, De Ridder had her folded up in less than two-half minutes with the ex-Nittany Lion fully placed in the middle.

Shortly after the battle, “RDR” shared the word with Nikkar in the octagon.

Unfortunately, the cameras were unable to pick up what they were told, but De Ridder revealed what they were said behind the scenes in a postwar interview.

“It feels pretty good to take an O given all the hype around Bo Nickal,” De Ridder said. “I told him after the fight: “I had to fight you now, not three years.” He’ll become a beast, man. He’s going to be a monster. ”

Bo Nickal remains positive as Reinier de Ridder settles into the top 15

“The Dutch Knight” is currently a perfect 3-0 under the UFC banner and sits as a competitor ranked 13th in the middleweight division. Although we haven’t seen De Ridder’s next time, the opportunity to jump into the top 10 certainly seems like a reasonable demand.

As for Nikkar, the highly famous prospect returns to the drawings after suffering the initial loss of his mixed martial arts career.

Despite the set, the former D-1 National Wrestling Champion was still in good spirits and was talking to Instagram after his defeat.

“Thanks for the highs and lows,” Nikkal wrote. “I’m coming back.”
