Arsenal wants to sign a new winger this summer, and has been raising interest in the new name over the last few days, as there is no current target deal.

Current options Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard have struggled with consistency for the past 12-18 months. So Arsenal is interested in dealing with his left wing position during the summer transfer period, which was opened for his second business on Monday.

Over the past few weeks, Real Madrid’s Rodrigo has gone, and athletic club Nico Williams has emerged as a key target, but a new name has come into play. Industry’s well-connected sources are notified Catch off side As the British club is exploring new offensive options for the summer transfer period, Arsenal is taking concrete steps to pursue the Jamie Gitens.

As revealed last week, after realising Williams’ wage demands were too high, the gunners decided to change focus, along with the Spanish winger in a meeting with Barcelona. As reported, Juventus’ Kenan Ildis is also targeted, but the Italian club is working on renewing its contract and will not sell him this summer unless there is a very high offer.

Now, Bynoe-Gittens is becoming one of Arsenal’s priorities. Borussia Dortmund’s winger is highly regarded by Mikel Arteta, and internal debates are underway. The asking price for Dortmund is approximately 60 million euros.

Chelsea is still racing. Bruce has keen to sign him before the Club World Cup and has already had a long-term agreement with a player that has been in effect for seven years. But Arsenal is now ready to raise pressure in the coming days, wanting to understand the terms of potential deals.

The talk is still in its early stages, but Arsenal is serious about Bynoe-gittens and could move quickly if the right opportunity arises. The battle between Chelsea and Arsenal is intensifying.
