Arsenal is in the race to sign AC Milan attacker Rafael Leo, but will only move for him if the asking price is reasonable.
The 25-year-old Portugal International has linked its transition to the Premier League, and it will be interesting to see where he goes.
Arsenal needs a wide range of players
According to football insiders, Arsenal sees Gabriel Martinelli as a possible upgrade. The Brazilians have been so overwhelming for Arsenal this past season, and they will need to bring in quality attackers this summer. They rely too much on Bukayosaka for goals and creativity.
Arsenal will need more quality in the final third if they want to win a league title and do well in the Champions League next season. The 25-year-old Portugal International could be the ideal acquisition for them. He can act as a winger on the left side and as a front in the center. He adds goals and creativity to the aspects.
Rafael Leao will be a quality signature
The Milan attacker has scored 12 goals for his name in all competitions this season, with him earning 13 assists along the way. There is no doubt that he is enough to play for the world’s biggest club. A move to Arsenal would be ideal for him. They were able to provide him with a platform to compete for major trophies.
He has the technical attributes and physicality that do well in the Premier League. And he is trying to establish himself as an Arsenal player if the move passes.
Meanwhile, he’s also on the Chelsea radar. Bruce needs more quality and depth on the sides, and it will be interesting to see if they can beat Arsenal to his signature. Both clubs become attractive destinations for the 25-year-old attacker, and it remains to be seen where he will end.
