Arsenal reportedly discussed West Ham United’s Mohamed Kudus’ potential transfer move.
The future of Ghana International with Hammer could be somewhat doubtful after the spells mixed at London Stadium almost two years ago.
According to reports from the football transfer, Arsenal is considering Kudus and has contacted us in some way about this potential deal.
The report explains that Kudus is one of many options Gunners is listed in that area of the pitch, but the 100 million euro regional price tag isn’t cheap.
Should West Ham sell Mohamed Kudus to Arsenal?
After a great debut season with the club, there is no easy answer to West Ham regarding Kudos’ future.
The former Ajax man felt the joy he saw when he first arrived in British football, finishing the 2023/24 campaign with 14 goals in all competitions.
However, during the season, Kudus was much quieter, with only five goals managed in total, while the West Ham team as a whole did not perform much either.
It may be the right time for West Ham to cash in on Kudus, but it may also make some sense to keep holding onto him to see if he can bounce back.
Arsenal needs to be wider with more depth
Kudus may be the ideal option for Arsenal, who needs a deeper depth behind Bukayo Saka, but perhaps they don’t want to pay for it.
This deal could be simple if you have the range to negotiate a Kudus price tag, but for now it appears to be a bit risky.
But at the same time, if Kudus can return to his best with a move to Emirates Stadium, it may be wise to try and hit the deal while West Ham may be more open.
