Marseille forward Louis Henrique has linked his move away from the club at the end of the season, with Premier League clubs Arsenal, Newcastle United and Aston Villa eager to secure his signature.
The 23-year-old Brazilian has been very good in League 1 this season, and he has contributed 17 goals in all competitions. Arsenal was able to use dynamic forwards like him, allowing players like Buka Yosaka and Gabriel Martinelli to spin more frequently.
Arsenal hopes to compete for the league title and the Champions League. Attack units require more quality and depth. Brazilians will be a quality long-term investment for them.
Newcastle and Aston Villa Keene at Lewis Henrique
Meanwhile, a report from Give Me Sport claims that Newcastle United and Aston Villa also want to sign South America. Newcastle is overly dependent on Anthony Gordon and Alexander Isaac. Signing another wide player is a wise decision. They are looking for Champions League qualifications and if they finish in the top four, they need more quality on the side.
Aston Villas also have more quality on the sides. Marcus Rashford is expected to return to his parent club in the summer, and Unai Emery will need to replace him properly. Henrique might be the ideal acquisition.
Brazilians add aside their goals, pace and talent. He creates opportunities for teammates and helps him find the backstage of the net as well. He has the physicality and technical attributes to do well in the Premier League, and the opportunity to join the aforementioned club could be very exciting for him.
It would be interesting to see where he ends up going. He proved to be a quality acquisition of all three clubs.
