Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jobe Bellingham has been linked with a move from the German club, with Crystal Palace interested in him.
Manchester United are also monitoring his situation, with Premier League duos likely to compete for his signature. According to journalist Ben Jacobs, Crystal Palace are more keen on signing the 20-year-old central midfielder.
It will be interesting to see if they can live up to his signature and beat Manchester United. There is no doubt that Bellingham is a talented young player with a promising future and could be a solid investment for the future.
Jobe Bellingham would be a great addition.
On paper, he could be the ideal partner for Adam Wharton and Palace would do very well to secure his signature.
Ben Jacobs said on YouTube from the United Stand: “The Jobe Bellingham situation is very interesting. Manchester United’s interest is historic. I think Crystal Palace are actually a bit more active.”
“Maybe he’ll be a little more excited to get a chance in the middle of the season in some capacity and we need to understand how Dortmund will react to that. He could be a surprise name available in some capacity.”
Meanwhile, Manchester United also need more quality in midfield. Investing in a 20-year-old player may be a wise decision in the long run. There is a possibility that he will form a strong partnership with Koby Mainu in the future.
Where will Bellingham end up?
The opportunity to move to the Premier League could be an exciting one for the young midfielder. Crystal Palace and Manchester United would be exciting destinations for him. Palace have made huge strides under Oliver Glasner and are competing in Europe. They also recently won the FA Cup and Community Shield.
Manchester United, on the other hand, have not been at their best in recent years, but they are one of the biggest clubs in the world and are automatically an attractive prospect for most players.
