Manchester United are interested in securing the signature of PSG’s French international attacker, Randal Kolo Muani.
According to a report by Le Parisien, the striker is not part of Louis Enrique’s plan, and he will be sold this summer.
Koro Muani is a player in demand
Manchester United are keeping an eye on his situation and they face competition between Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur.
The report alleges that Tottenham tried to sign players last winter, and they are keen to secure Colo Muani’s signature this summer. It will be interesting to see which of the three clubs will have an official offer to close the transaction.
The striker played for Italian club Juventus last season and scored 10 goals for them. He needs to organize his long-term future, and a transition to the Premier League might be ideal for him. He has a technical attribute that works well in English football and could be a useful acquisition for all three clubs.
All three clubs can use Randal Kolo Muani
Manchester United need a replacement for Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee. Both players were extremely overwhelming last season and they were unable to score consistent goals. Meanwhile, Newcastle is overly dependent on Alexander Isaac for goals, and Swedish International wants to leave the club now. They need to replace him this summer.
As far as Tottenham is concerned, they paid the club’s record fee to sign Dominique Solanke, but England International did not score consistent goals last season. He had a decent season, but Tottenham needs more targets on offense. The French International was able to share the burden of goalscoring with Solanki.
Koro Muani has proven his quality in the Bundesliga in the past, and he is aiming to return to that level again. The move to the Premier League could be a new start he needs.
