Bournemouth attacker Antoine Semenyo has been linked with a move away from the club in recent months.
According to TBR, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are very keen on signing him. Manager Thomas Frank had hoped to sign the player during the summer transfer window, but that was not possible. It will be interesting to see if they decide to come back for him in the near future.
Semenyo is a self-proclaimed Arsenal fan. They have also been linked with an African player, so it will be interesting to see if they make a move to sign him. Given his praise for the North London outfit, they could have an advantage in the race.
Antoine Semenyo is in great form
It is very unlikely that Bournemouth will allow him to leave in January and any move could have to wait until the summer of 2026.
The 25-year-old has established himself as a key player for the Cherries and is arguably one of the best attacking players in the league at the moment. He has scored six goals in the Premier League this season. There is no doubt that he will improve Manchester United and Tottenham in the future.
The Ghanaian player has been hailed as a “talented footballer” in recent months and has the qualities to play for one of the country’s biggest clubs. It remains to be seen whether Manchester United and Tottenham can agree a deal with Bournemouth.
Man United and Spurs target Semenyo
It will be interesting to see how Manchester United fit him into their starting XI. He plays a role similar to Mateus Cunha.
As for Tottenham, he could be an upgrade over players like Wilson Odbert. Although he is a left-sided attacker, he is a versatile player who can also play in the center. Richarlison has been linked with a move away from the club, with the African potentially the ideal replacement.
The 25-year-old is at the peak of his career and will want to compete at the highest level. A move to a top club would be attractive for him. It will be interesting to see where he ends up.
