Tottenham Hotspur is now bolstering Liverpool’s pursuit of attacking midfielder Harvey Elliott.
The 22-year-old is tied to a move away from the Premier League champions. He must play regularly at this stage of his career, and Liverpool is unable to offer him the opportunity.
Elliott is also linked to RB Leipzig.
Harvey Elliott needs a new start
A move to Tottenham might be ideal for him. According to a report on the football transfer, Tottenham manager Thomas Frank personally outlines his plan at the 22-year-old. North London outfits are ready to enhance the pursuit of players.
It remains to be seen whether they will be able to get a deal across the line. Elliott has proven himself a quality player for Liverpool and demonstrated his abilities with cameos. He was outstanding for the UK between less than 21 euros earlier this summer.
Spurs can use Elliot
There is no doubt that he has the quality to grow into a top-class Premier League star. He can be operated not only on the sides but also on the center. He creates opportunities for his teammates to achieve his goals and helps him find the backstage of the net as well. James Madison has been on the sidelines after being hit by ACL damage for several months, and Tottenham needs to replace him. Signing a Liverpool player is a wise decision.
Liverpool rarely get in his way if there are substantial offers at the table. It remains to be seen whether Tottenham will follow up on their interest with the official proposal to close the transaction.
Meanwhile, the 22-year-old tries to get his career back on track in regular football as well. He’ll want to compete at a high price, and the Spurs will be their ideal destination. They were able to offer him Champions League football next season.
