Liverpool reportedly can say goodbye to three of their main offensive players this summer, if things are right.
According to Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg, the Reds are interested in all three: Darwin Nunes, Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota.
It appears that there is a strong possibility that Nunez will leave amid interest from the Saudi Arab League, and both Diaz and Jota appear to be facing an uncertain future.
While it may have been expected that Diaz and Jota would stay, there may not be much chance of Nunez leaving.
Nunez has only five Premier League goals this season, so it’s time to ship Uruguay International after a difficult time at Anfield.
Should Liverpool let Diaz and Jota go?
Some LFC fans may be a little more worried about allowing Diaz and Jota to leave, as both have made decent contributions this season.
Jota is clearly a bit more likely to get injured, so it may be worth off-roading from that point of view, but he does well whenever he is able to play.
Meanwhile, Diaz has an impressive 13 goals and five assists in the Premier League this season.
The Nunes, Diaz and Jota trio have a total of 24 league goals.
Will everything change in Liverpool this summer?
It could be a massive summer of upheavals in Liverpool after the success of the title.
Starr Trent Alexander Arnold has already been confirmed to set out for a free transfer as his contract expires.
Nunez, Diaz and Jota could also be on the way, and fans will probably be worried that so many changes are happening at once.
Arne Slot benefited from finding a calm team when he took over Jurgen Klopp last season.
