Minnesota Timberwolves Outlook Rob Dillingham is Brock’s newest child fan.
Rob Dillingham was the Minnesota Timberwolves draft pick in 2024 and now he feels more calm as he enters his second season.
Dillingham is part of the Timberwolves summer league team and aims to show what he can do after a year of study.
Speaking to the reporter, Dillingham said he felt he was much more calm than he was a year ago. Asked what had changed, he replied: “All. Just comfortable. You spin when you’re a rookie. It’s much easier.”
The Minnesota Timberwolves selected French prospect Joan Bellinger using a pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.
Timberwolves president Tim Connelly has documented the possibility of Bering. His new teammate Dillingham likes what he saw.
Dillingham was quized by someone who stood out for him in summer league practice and chose Bellinger.
He said: “Rookie. Jaune is solid. I’m not going to lie. I like him.”
The Timberwolves will launch their summer league campaign on July 10th, facing the Pelicans in New Orleans.
During the season, Mike Conley expressed his faith in Rob Dillingham and expressed his confidence to continue improving.
Dillingham spoke about how he leaned over Conley as a mentor, from looking at him to asking for advice.
He states:
“It certainly meant a lot. We could only see Mike do it and we couldn’t win it all.
“I hit him for something. If I’m thinking about something, he’s the guy I can relate to. He’s telling me the real thing, what it should be.”
A crucial second season for Dillingham is looking forward to, and it all starts with the Summer League.
