The Los Angeles hurt catcher Ben Rothwevevett from Thursday’s lineup against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Dalton Rushing replaces him and hits the ninth.

Rortvedt was originally listed as a starting catcher, but that could have been just a mistake. Either way, Rush is taking the start of Thursday’s series finale as LA tries to win National League West.
Yoshinobu Yamamoto is taking the LA mound for the final start of the regular season. The will face the Diamondbacks bullpen game, with left-handed Jalane Beaks acting as the opener.
Rushing appeared in 49 games this season, cutting .188/.248/.289 with three home runs, 21 RBI and .537 on OPS. He’s now 7-1 since being off the injured list.
