Jiri Prochazka continues to test his limits in unconventional ways.
Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Prochazka is known to be one of the most quirky personalities in MMA. When he was the champion, Pro Chazuka spent three days in a dark room in a form of mental training without water, which allowed him to “work with his demons.” Before that, Pro Chazuka had punched trees up to 500 times a day in preparation for his fight. Now, “BJP” is again removing itself one by one.
On Wednesday’s YouTube channel, Prochazka released a mini documentary about her 30 metre swimming trip under a frozen lake.
Ice diving is generally considered a dangerous effort with an increased threat of drowsing along with hypothermia and other risk factors. But for anyone who is constantly trying to test his limits, it presented Pro Shazka with a kind of challenge he loves.
“About breathing, everything I do here helps me mostly to stay in full control over me, with regard to all these different trips to the mountains, mountain climbing mountains, martial arts, all the different trips to MMA. “In reality, an MMA cage doesn’t just enter an MMA cage with anything trained, but I do go there with all the history, everything, all the difficult things I experience in life.”
Prochazka recently fought in January and knocked out Jamahal Hill at UFC 311.
