Liverpool needs more quality and depth with their offensive units, and the 25-year-old is the ideal acquisition. He is multipurpose as it works either on the side or on the center. He adds goals and creativity to the aspects. He has proven himself in Milan and has the technical attributes to succeed in the UK as well.
Leao had 25 goal contributions (12 goals and 13 assists) last season, demonstrating an upgrade to players like Darwinnes and Federico Chiesa. Both players have been linked to travel away from Liverpool this summer and will need to bring in quality alternatives.
The opportunity to join the Premier League champions is extremely exciting for Portuguese International, and he may be open to trying new challenges at this stage of his career. It’s a great opportunity for him and he’ll try to prove himself on a high level.
It will be interesting to see if Liverpool will offer an offer to sign him in the coming weeks. Milan may be willing to sell him easily, and they can request a premium from the player.
