His performance won the eyes of Shaquille O’Neill, the greatest NBA ever, as Man Mountain praised the Serbs and created custom belts at the post-game show.
O’Neill said: “Joker, as president of the Big Man Alliance, I made this for you and I’m going to ship it to you. FedEx, it’s you, baby, you’re the champion, big daddy of the big man, and the best big man in the league. Thank you!”
Here’s what Jokic responded: “Shaq, thank you for the belt. Thank you. I love it… I’m hoping for it.”

Alongside Shaquille O’Neal, analysts discussed Jokic’s performance this season, highlighting the fact that the Serbs have shot the most 3-pointer of his career since their NBA debut.
The Serbs said: “I feel like I’m playing the best basketball of my life. As a team, I don’t think we’re where we are, but I think it’s a good thing because we’re trying to get to where we are supposed to be and find the rhythm.”
The Nuggets appear to be in a great place at the moment, with Jokic’s performance and the Serbs being supported by Russell Westbrook and Jamal Murray.
Jokic spoke about his recent performance from Murray, revealing that he loves the connection he has, labeling him “a great player.”
Jokic said: “I I love connections because I need to see him and he knows exactly what I’m thinking. He’s just waiting for me to go there and he always gives it to me at the right time. In other words, he’s a great player.
“I think he, the people he died and the team misunderstood him and didn’t give him the opportunity to be him.”
