Crystal Palace faces an exciting summer transfer window after winning the FA Cup, before competing in the Europa League next season. However, for the second year in a row, they risk losing one of the stars to Bayern Munich.

It is no secret that Eberechi Eze has been attracting strong transfer interest over the past few months. Tottenham, who has the advantage of joining the Champions League next season, is planning a playmaking midfielder move, but could be taken away by an already unhappy Bayern after the Bundesliga champion signed Harry Kane in 2023.

After missing out on Liverpool-bound Florian Wiltz, Bayern is now turning his attention to Eze, as confirmed by former Scout Mick Brown (via Football Insider).

“Eze is one of the names Bayern sees. They have had a lot of success with Michael Oris coming from the palace. He’s great for them. They hope that the same thing might happen in Eze.

“Having those connections with the club already gives us a boost to these types of deals all the time. I think the move suits him too. I think he has a little more space to play the game, which is definitely something I think is strengthened on the left side.

It is still unclear whether Eze will move to Bayern in the summer, but if so, it will be the best move for him. However, Crystal Palace hopes he will remain at Selhurst Park for at least one season.
