Stephen A. Smith helps the OKC Thunder to handle their business.

The Oklahoma City Thunder is one win since it reached the NBA Finals for the first time since 2012. All they need to do is close the series at home with the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 5.

Thunder won a brilliantly in Game 4 in a bounceback game against the Timberwolves, losing on his previous outing.

It was Anthony Edwards’s Thunder’s great defense that helped them win the game. They were so annoyed Edwards that he ranted in post-game comments.

Jalen Williams’ on-the-fly adjustment was also a major factor in his victory. And that’s a combination of all these factors, and it’s going to lead Stephen A. Smith to think that the Thunder will win Game 5 and move on.

Speaking about the NBA today, Stephen A. Smith was extremely confident in his chances of winning Game 5 for the Oklahoma City Thunder.

He believes that, combined with their elite defense and collective hustle, will greatly boost the Timberwolves.

“It’s not that difficult. Let’s call it that. Their defense is elite. If defense shows up and you get something from Shy and Jalen Williams, who are remotely comparable to what we see from them in Game 4, this is a rap.”

“I know they’ll stop and wreak havoc on the Minnesota attack… so they’re down 3-1…”

“You know how this crowd gathers around you… If they go on, imagine what they’ll do with this team…”

The Oklahoma City Thunder started the game in the first quarter with a great 26-point outing. What was even more impressive was their defense, holding the Timberwolves to just nine points.

Shy Gilgaus Alexander defeated the Timberwolves by 12 points in the first quarter.

Thunder is running away in this game now, but Timberwolves appears to be completely shelled.

It’s hard to see Minnesota come back in this game. But they have Anthony Edwards, who can always make magic happen.
