Steve Garcia established himself as a legal featherweight contender and provided a dominant performance against UFC Nashville’s Calvin Kattal.
Garcia’s steady pace presented a major problem for Qatar, who struggled to land crimes throughout the contest. Garcia really began to pull away in the second stanza, destroying his opponent’s nose with a heavy jab in Outstrike Qatar with a significant margin.
With just a third to a minute, Garcia blows up Kattall and blows the “Boston Finisher” on the left, awkwardly falling down the fence.
Qatar tried to survive the subsequent onslaught and fight a way back to the match, but in the end, Garcia’s constant pressure proved too much for the winner of the five fights.
