Steve Kerr believes the Rockets are benefiting from the long-term NBA rules and is not happy with how the Warriors are hosted.
The Houston Rockets showed signs of life in the first round series as they won Game 5 to win the Golden State Warriors. The series went 3-2 in favor of the Warriors.
The Rockets seem to close the game in the first half. Steve Kerr pulled out the Warriors starter early in the second half.
The Warriors only got double digit points on Stephen Curry’s score among the starters. Meanwhile, Jalen Green, labelled “no show” in the series, had another mediocre game with 11 points.
However, Steve Kerr feels the game has been lost in the hosts. He then made this clear and went out to judge at a post-game press conference.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was not a happy man at a post-game press conference. He condemned the way in which references were presided over the defenses.
Kerr explained that the entire NBA has been in contact with the shooter’s hands and is not being asked to foul. And in this process Stephen Curry is affected negatively.
“People across the league are just taking shots with guys shooting after release because they know it won’t be a foul, which is happening all year round.
“Each release, Steph gets hit. This is how the league wants it right now. I know there are 30 coaches who think it’s ridiculous to allow this.”

The Golden State Warriors lead the Series 3-2 despite their losses. For now, it’s best to not focus on hosting and try to put together the series right away.
The last thing the Warriors need is that this series goes into seven games. The Rockets team may be inexperienced, but there is a reason they have secured a second species in the West.
Once the rocket has dropped and left, it is not possible to allow the rocket to gain footing in this series. Especially considering they’re likely to face the Timberwolves (or the Lakers if they can come back) in the second round.
Now, the Warriors can turn to Jimmy Butler. But it’s best that they’re talking in court.
