Steve Kerr was forced to praise one Timberwolves star for his play.
The Minnesota Timberwolves did it again, beating the Golden State Warriors in five games to advance to the Western Conference Finals.
Despite his poor performance, NBA fans could only rave about Anthony Edwards and his legacy definition implementation.
Edwards played so well that the Warriors locker room admitted that he couldn’t stop him. However, Edwards had the help of one of his teammates.
In fact, the star guided the team with scoring and showed that he took things to a whole new level. And Steve Kerr praised him.

Steve Kerr spoke after the Golden State Warriors were eliminated in Game 5. Kerr was critical of one of the younger players, but he praised Julius Randle.
He admitted that he was not kind to Randle in the first few months as he struggled to adapt. But now he and the Timberwolves have really come into the ditch at the right time.
“Julious Randle was incredible. What a series! He’s always been a really good player. I think he made a leap. I remember playing here early in the season.
“They didn’t have a spacing, they missed town. You’ll fast forward ever, he’s 13-18 tonight. It was incredible. The whole series, we couldn’t stop him.”
Randle had the heater last night, and while scoring 29 points, he was almost perfect from inside the circle with 11 of 12 shots.

The Minnesota Timberwolves are one of the few teams in the NBA that have never reached the NBA Finals.
They came close by reaching two Western Conference finals in 2004 and last year. But that hurdle has proven to be too difficult for them to overcome.
But despite the slow start this year, the Timberwolves are clicking at the right time. Julius Randle and Donte Divinsenzo finally began gelling well with the rest of the roster.
Plus, the Nuggets and Thunder will be at least six games or more, which could be more exhausted towards the series with the Timberwolves.
