Steve Kerr wasn’t excited by the young Warriors star’s performance in Game 5.
The Golden State Warriors were out of the playoffs, with the Minnesota Timberwolves closing the series by defeating them in Game 5.
It felt like there was writing on the men’s walls of Steve Kerr, as Stephen Curry is not available for important games.
Brandin Podziemski showed his lack of experience in the playoff stages of this series. The young guards were strong in the regular season, but the playoff lights were too bright for him.
Steve Kerr was speaking out about Posiemski’s lack of confidence in the playoffs. And after the game he once again set his sights on the efforts of the youngsters.

Steve Kerr spoke about Brandin Posiemsky after Game 5. The Warriors sophomore was impressive, and went out 28 points.
Kerr believes that if Potts loses confidence in the playoffs it will cost them deeply. He wants Brandin to film more and be confident, and believes this playoff run will teach him the spiritual side of the game.

“I was there, and it’s great that Brandin goes through it and finishes the series with a great game.

Now he’s tinkering with the roster from the front office of Mike Dunleavy Jr. and the Warriors to help Stephen Curry, Draymond Green and Jimmy Butler compete for the NBA championship.
What does that mean for young players like Brandin Podziemski, Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody? I have to wait.
However, Carr’s words above show that he has a lot of faith in Potts and will want to see him return in vengeance next season.
