Leeds United are reportedly interested in the ambitious transfer agreement for Roman striker Tammy Abraham if they win a promotion to the Premier League.
The 27-year-old, currently on loan from Rome in AC Milan, is one of Leeds’ tourist attractions as he sees rising favourites from this sequential championship.
Still, Abraham’s movements are not cheap. The Italian report says the former Chelsea man wants about £97,000 a week on Elland Road.
“It’s Arsenal for you!” – Which ex-marketer believes there is one major problem with his old club?
Abraham appears to be eager to return to British football, but it will be interesting to see how much he is trying to negotiate those requests.
Tammy Abraham’s move could be a wise move for Leeds if Leeds rises
Leeds was kicked out of the top flight a few years ago and failed to bounce back last season, so if they can get back to the highest level by the end of this campaign, they’re eager to get things right.
Abraham is proven in the Premier League, so it seems like the ideal signature to sign Daniel Fark’s side.
England International is also well on his time in Serie A, even if it appears inconsistent enough to stake his claims as a starter in Rome or Milan.
But for Leeds, this certainly represents an exciting signature and a statement of true intention by the Yorkshire Club if they can be promoted again.
Abraham is also linked to West Ham, and there are certainly other similar suitors if he returns to England and leaves Italy this summer.
