West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus reportedly made a big decision about his future ahead of the summer transfer period.
Ghana International is strongly associated with both Liverpool and Arsenal, as well as the Saudi Arabian professional league clubs.
Worth around £80 million, West Ham imagines he could be tempted to sell Kudus in his form this season, even if he showed that he could become a top player on his day after taking a dip in form this season.
Interestingly, Kudus himself appears to be strongly suggesting he will be staying at London Stadium this summer.
Mohamed Kudus drops hints for West Ham’s future
Although some outlets have reported that Kudos is eager to join Liverpool on Arsenal, it is possible that the 24-year-old has actually chosen to stay where he is.
When asked about West Ham’s purpose for the upcoming season, he spoke like someone who is aiming to help improve his team.
“Yes, 100% will be the focus,” Kudus told Sky Sports.
“It should be the standard every season, and like I said, we (West Ham) have taken a lot of lessons from these downtimes.
“Any set-off, I personally see it as an opportunity to grow it and focus on what’s going forward.”
Can Mohammed Kudus bounce back in West Ham?
Kudus had an outstanding first season with WHUFC, but there’s no doubt he was in the bottom in his second year with the club.
Some hammer fans may even think it would be appealing to try and win the former Ajax star if possible.
However, if Kudus can return to his best, he could become a real asset to West Ham. West Ham may have trouble finding a replacement for him.
Perhaps after a full preseason under Graham Potter, Kudus can regain his confidence and return to his best form once again.
