The Dodgers and Braves were late on Saturday: When will the game begin?

The Los Angeles are scheduled to face the Atlanta Braves at Trust Park on Saturday, but the game could start late due to rain.

The contest was originally supposed to start at 4:10pm on PST, but manager Dave Roberts said the weather is likely to push the game back to the start of the 6:30pm 7:00pm PST.

Roberts revealed that both teams are playing on Saturday as they don’t want to split the doubleheader Sunday. Atlanta is currently not raining.

The weather forecast is not good. but # Dave Roberts said that instead of splitting the doubleheader on Sunday, both teams are “ready to go down” tonight. It’s not raining at the moment

Tommy Edman is not in the lineup as the utility man was placed on the list injured with inflammation in his right ankle. Edman has not played since Tuesday’s victory over the Miami Marlins.

Usually, Miguel Rojas or Quique Hernandez fills in second. However, Chris Taylor will play in 2 bases for Saturday’s contest.

Sasaki Roki appeared on the ‘ mound on Saturday, looking to record the first victory of his MLB career.
