Top Baseball Insiders revealed that the have another big expense to add to a list that other teams don’t have, and that there are teams on the 40-man roster that don’t appear in the second team plane.

Bob Nightengale of USA Today recently reported that in addition to planes carrying coaches, team officials and equipment to the road game, a second plane dedicated to players can be found on the ‘ cost sheet.
“They are the first team to use two planes on all road trips. One is limited to players, but it costs the team at least $6 million.”
Almost a tenth of the Miami Marlins’ total salary this season is something the use solely to bring players into road games.
The dedication that the organization gives players is not just about contracts, as teams are treated as none other than MLB.
Stadium is the third oldest ballpark in baseball, but players could hardly say it, given its expanded training facility, additional batting cages and a three-storey clubhouse built under the field. The millions of dollars poured into teams in areas that are completely invisible by fans are unprecedented in the current situation at MLB.
Veteran tripartite player Max Muncie spoke about new renovations in the past offseasons, but also talked about the expected treatment of players from the team.
“It’s difficult to write words,” Muncie said. “You get used to something there and you come in and you don’t know where you’re. It’s really cool. That’s what you expect from the .”
Do you need two planes and certain renovations? Not at all.
