One Chicago Bulls expert believes there are two young stars who could be as great as the Greek freaks.
The Chicago Bulls have spent years trying to become the highly competitive side. From the days of Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah, the Bulls have not had any candidates for a legal title.
Over the past few years, bulls have had to dismantle their 2021-22 roster due to concerns about injuries and pay caps. Nikola Vucevic is the only player the Bulls have not traded before.
Heading into a new season, the Bulls rely on their young stars. It remains to be seen whether it includes Josh Giddey as Giddey is sticking to his Bulls contract request.
However, according to one Chicago Bulls expert, their team has two young stars and can develop into superstar players like Giannis Antetocomo.
NBA expert and Chicago Bulls fan Trakerby recently spoke with Kevin O’Connor and Yahoo. Sports about the status of some NBA teams.
When discussing his Bulls side, Kirby described Noah Esenjou and Matas Buselis as two stars with similar playing styles as Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetocomo.
“Draftniks is rated him (Esenju) as a very high upside down guy, and I think that’s what the Bulls need right now.
“They show his highlight package and his strengths and his strengths. To me it looked like he was running on a dunking. I don’t know if he has any dribbling moves in the highlight package.
“I don’t know if he’s making shots from dribbling, but he’s long, athletic and he’s very young.
“So when I feel most optimistic, I like to think the bull has the next two Giannis.”
“Giannis wasn’t an All-Star as a rookie, and not as a second-year player, but when he put on the muscles, he really popped when he got a rep for his time at Jason Kid.
Matas Buzelis and NOA Essengue could become a powerful building block for the Chicago Bulls in the future. And if the Bulls can convince Josh Giddy to re-sign with them, he should close out their future core trio.
The bull has passed the transition period. It’s revealed that they’re prioritizing their youth after the Bulls traded Lonzo’s balls for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Over the past few years, it has shown that bulls need to have a better approach to fostering young talent. Some outlooks have come, and the bulls have failed to capitalize on their high potential.
That’s no longer the case, as the Bulls have a strong young core that can grow into a franchise star and should not waste that opportunity.
