He’s only two months away from his Global Fight League debut!
According to a report by Ariel Helwani, the new team-based MMA promotion will be officially kicked off in May, a two-night event emanating from the Los Angeles shrine auditorium.
“The Global Fight League is in Los Angeles as it hosts its debut event at Shrine Auditorium on May 24th and 25th,” Helwani posted on X.
In addition to the date of his debut, Helwani revealed four fights that are expected to go down during the two-night event.
The Global Fight League has not officially announced the above date, but the promotion has reposted Helwani’s comments on X, but everything has confirmed the reliability of the information.

The GFL last month announced a number of matchups, including the much-anticipated rematch between former UFC middleweight champions Chris Weidman and Luke Rockhold.
Other fans announced by other fans were Fabricio Werdum vs. Frank Mir and Yoel Romero vs. Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua. Mir is undergoing emergency surgery recently, so he won’t be competing in May.
