Chelsea is tied to the surprising moves of Real Madrid attacker Vinicius Jr.
Brazilian International has been an exception for Real Madrid since joining the club and has contributed to its success in recent years. He has established himself as one of the best players in the world, and South Americans have missed the Baron des or, more recently, narrowly.
According to TBR Football, the Saudi Arabian professional league club is willing to do whatever it takes to sign him, and Chelsea is also interested in securing his signature. They could certainly use versatile attackers like him, and he could change them with attacks. Vinicius has 18 goals and 11 assists this season.
He can play anywhere in front three, and he adds goals and creativity to the sides. The Brazilians were genuine match winners who know what they need to win the major trophies, and were able to take Chelsea to a whole new level. He is described by Carlo Ancelotti as “the most definitive player in the world.” He is a world class player and Chelsea will do well to secure his signature.
Can Chelsea convince Vinicius to join?
The report says Real Madrid will consider an offer of around £200 million for Brazilians. It will be interesting to see how the situation develops. Chelsea will need to improve other areas of their team as well, and it may be impossible to spend £200 million on the Brazilians. But the Saudi club certainly has the financial muscles to pay him an absurd amount.
It would be interesting to see what Vinicius decided for the summer. He is a world-class player at the peak of his power. He would still not want to move to Saudi Arabia and would like to continue with top European clubs. He has no reason to leave Real Madrid in the summer. He has consistently won major trophies with them. It will be interesting to see if a club like Chelsea can convince him to take on a new challenge.
