Manchester United have paid a fair amount to Benjamin Sesco during the summer transfer period, and they hope to make the most of him.
The 22-year-old striker stands out in the Bundesliga of RB Leipzig, and he is considered one of the best young talents in Europe and in football. There is no doubt that he has the quality to grow into a future star.
Will Benjamin Sesco be successful at Man United?
Manchester United have struggled to score goals in recent seasons and they needed a promising young striker like him. However, Slovenian International still holds British football. He still couldn’t find the backstage of the net. Sesko’s performance was also not exemplary.
Slovenian Pundit Tine Zupan believes the striker should have joined Newcastle United instead. The Magpie was also interested in securing his signature. However, he chose to join Manchester United instead.
Zupan feels the 22-year-old may have done well with Eddie Howe’s system. It will be interesting to see if the striker can prove he’s wrong in the coming months. His talent is unquestionable, and it remains to be seen whether Manchester United will be able to bring out the best in the players.
Sesco warned about Man United’s move
Zupan revealed through RTVSLO. “I think Newcastle has a great style of play in Shaszko’s character. Newcastle’s style is a better reflection of what he was used to in Leipzig. They’re very fast and looking for a different way to Manchester United.
“Neither Manchester United nor Arsenal have an ideal game for Benjamin Shesico, as Arsenal dominates them and needs space for his game. United are watching the start of Amorim’s game for the first time this season.
Sheshko would be suitable for Newcastle, but I’m not sure if Newcastle would be better off having Shashko rather than Ultemade. At this point, I think Woltemade is ready for what he has to do. ”
Manchester United have not made the most of their recent signatures, and players like Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee have failed to perform at high levels. Sesko is desperate to prove herself in the Premier League and it is still unclear how things will unfold.
