The NBA Insider observed something worried from Steph Curry, which caused concerns for the Golden State Warriors.

Steph Curry suffered a hamstring injury in Game 1 of the Golden State Warriors’ second round matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

They managed to clinch Game 1, but the team did their best and lost Game 2 on the 117-93 scoreline.

The team lacked Curry’s offensive genius as they were inadequately filmed from the 3-point line and only got nine of the 32 shots they took over the arc.

Brian Windhorst shares his thoughts on what led to Curry’s injury and has links to previous series against the Houston Rockets.

The report suggests it is a Grade 1 hamstring injury, and many say that players may return before the end of the current series, but no confirmation has been made.

But senior athletic writer Sam Amick thinks this may not be the case.

Curry was on the court on the shootaround of Game 2 and spoke with the media before the game.

Amick said that when the four-time NBA champions spoke to the media it sounded very conservative.

He said:
“I don’t know. He sounded like the honest guy to me right now. He seemed incredibly conservative about the way he saw his injuries, so I wouldn’t have been shocked if he wasn’t in the series.”

There are no official returns dates reported, but this is Curry’s first hamstring injury in his career, and the franchise will be cautious in managing his return.

The Warriors lost four playoffs without curry in the lineup, failing to score more than 100 points in three of them.

This shows how dependent they are on his score and the impact he can create.

Without curry, the Warriors would have been lacking firepower from the start of Game 2.

Steve Kerr said the importance of Brandon Posiemski’s serving curry, scoring 11 points, but the younger players couldn’t do enough to help the warriors.

Jimmy Butler tried to step up and lead the team from the front, but he failed to affect the game, finishing with 17 points on a 6-13 shooting from the field.

The series heads to Chase Center, with the Warriors hoping to give the crowd the motivation they need to win.

The Chris Finch man will take advantage of Curry’s absence from the team and do everything he can to win the upcoming game, as the Warriors can turn things around if the two MVPs return.
