The Los Angeles defeated the Philadelphia Phillies (5-3) in Game 1 of the National League Division Series. The took a 1-0 lead in the NLDS.
NLDS Game 1 Summary
Shohei Ohtani and Cristopher Sanchez were headed for a pitcher duel on Saturday night.
After a triple from JT Realmuto brought two runs, things got a bit chippy for Ohtani in two innings, with Harrison Bader’s sacrifice fly later bringing him home.
