Velour began the season with minors and so far has hit .195 with four runs in Triple A Buffalo. The outfielder made his major league debut with the Blue Jays last season, finishing his rookie year, cutting .189/.333/.216 one by one with no home runs in 37 at-bats.
The 25-year-old played in 28 major league games in Toronto last season.
