The UFC flyweight division took center stage on Saturday night as the promotion returned to home base for the first time since May.
In the main event of UFC Vegas 108, 125 pound up and comers Tatsuro Taira and Hyun Sung Park fought in a pivotal contest at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Tyra entered the match 10 months ago with the aim of bounce back from his first loss to Brandon Loibal at UFC Vegas 98, and Park won his first 10 professional matches and finished with his final nine opponents before making his appearance in the first UFC headliners.
Tyra made it look easy, dropping the park early in Round 1 before closing the dominant round. At the start of round two, Tyra lifted the park into the air and slammed it onto the mat before improving the pro record to 17-1 by delivering a nasty face crank submission.
See how the UFC and other profighters responded to the UFC Vegas 108 main event.

Tatsuro Tyra is extremely talented and the losses to Loibal only helped him improve. You won’t be surprised to see him as the UFC flyweight champion in 2026 #ufcves108
