The 2025 Ulster Superbike Championship welcomes title sponsors for the first time since 2019.
Covid Pandemic has caused such serious confusion on the short circuit race calendar.
From the concept of 2018, AJ Plumbing and Pirelli were title sponsors and tire suppliers respectively, two-year contracts that ended when the pandemic hit.
However, the event can ultimately rely on key supporters.
SBT Ireland, a telecommunications company run by Alun Gorman, has been announced as its first title sponsor in six years.
Gorman said: “We are proud to sponsor our Superbike Class within the 2025 USBK Championship and hope this will encourage other businesses to get involved.”
In addition, prize money has been announced for the top six riders of the SBT Ireland Superbike Pro class.
The winner will pocket £5,000, while the other five share £7,000. Each promotional club also contributes a separate prize.
“It’s an incentive and your efforts are rewarding,” real-life Ulster Supersport champion Corey McGreevey told the Belfast newsletter.
“And we are all still working class people, no one has a silver spoon in its mouth.
“We need to have a decent national series, and that’s what we do now, and I think last year we saw some of the best races in the country from perhaps the imposing times.
“It’s a great lineup of riders, it’s a really good rider and I hope to be in it.”
The 2025 Ulster Superbike Championship will begin on April 5th at Bishopscourt.
