Daniel Cormier has his first finalist The ultimate fighter 33.
This week’s episode began the flyweight semi-finals, with Team Cormier’s Alibi Idris (Kazakhstan) who remained impressed when he cleaned up Team Chael Sonnen’s Roybert Echelia (Venezuela) in the first round.
Idris put constant pressure on the important contest and threw a huge punch out of the gate. Cormier actually had to instruct Idris to be slow, but in the end, Idris’ attack paid off. After packing Echeveria’s takedown attempt, Idris walked over him and then won his own takedown and turned the table.
Echeveria fought hard to get out of Idris, but when he stood he made himself vulnerable. Idris abandoned the lightning bolt knees that shook Echeveria, allowing Idris to follow up on the strike for a technical knockout.
Idris was the first TUF 33 The fighter planes move to the finale of this season. He is waiting for his teammate Imanor Rodriguez (Mexico) or Joseph Morales (USA) of Team Sonnen.
In next week’s episode, we will see the two teams of Cormier Fighters compete in the first welterweight semi-finals as Jeff Clayton (USA) face Rodrigo Sezinand (Brazil).
The outcome of the fight was Comer, who humiliates his injuries as he defeated Sonnen in a coaching challenge this season. Cormier and Sonnen faced three best matches in pickleball. This turned out to be a one-sided contest.
Sonnen offered little resistance as Kolmier increased the score. Despite Cormier getting more intense with officials, he controlled the majority of the contest, defeating Sonnen, winning two games easily to win $10,000 per team member, and win $2,500.
The ultimate fighter 33 Airs will perform live on ESPN+ every Tuesday at 10pm.
Unlike most editions of tufcoaches Daniel Cormier and Charle Sonnen will not compete at the end of the season as both have retired for a long time.
Finalists of TUF 33 Welterweight and Flyweight Tourments compete for a six-figure UFC deal in the show’s live finale battle. The dates for these matches have not been announced yet.
