The Los Angeles began their season with the Detroit Tigers on Thursday. The opening day in LA means there will be plenty of new foods offered at Stadium for the 2025 season.
For fans participating in the home game, there will be an updated home run platter in the chicken cutlet club and delicious hospitality on Field 8. The cutlet club includes crispy chicken cutlet, Texas Toast, Kewpie Mayo, avocado spread, abora, applewood bacon and tomatoes.
The home run platter includes tiyaki chicken with steamed rice, blistering shiso peppers, vegetable dumplings and crunchy spring rolls with sweet chili sauce.
Pastrami Burger will book 31 sections of Stadium at the Field 10 fan fair. The food comes with a beef pate with thinly sliced pastrami, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard.
The sweet spot at Field 46 will also be served with a variety of new sweet treats, including fresh funnel cakes, handmade shakes, pop boba, smoas nachos and traditional boba Sundays.
Latin BBQ platters will be available at Think Blue BBQ, the field pavilion on the left. This includes a shareable platter containing pork rib, pulled pork, chorizolink, eskite, chipotle corn bread, habanero baked beans, pineapple salsa and spicy coal thorrow.
Additionally, 16-inch jalapeno cheddar sausage is topped with white cheese sauce, corn relish, coriander crema and tortilla strips, and served with crispy fries called “The Slugger.” Loaded BBQ baked potatoes and pop boba doll whip will also be served at Think Blue BBQ.
Loge 133’s Fun Fair will serve Korean fried chicken bowls. Seven inning sweets in Reserve 2 will serve sweet cheese quesadilla Sundays.
Top Deck Dogs serve dill pickle stots with ranch dressing. LA Feeds Blue in Left Field Plaza offers Pho Brisket Dip Sandwich. Items include brisket sliced in rye bread with garlic mustard aioli, Thai basil, coriander, green onions, pickled red onions and forbroth.
The Hornitos Cantina at the right Field Pavilion 52 features Shucos, bacon, all beef dogs, avocado mash, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and the sowell kraut.
Finally, the octopus Akimi dashi appears in the Jindako, located in Field 45. This dashi contains octopus fritters, Kewpie mayo, alpine shell sauce, bonito flakes, tempura potato chips, fish powder and green onions.
You can eat a lot at Stadium this season.
