The medical expert has a brutal view that appears to be a wound to Jalen Brown’s Meniscus.
Jalen Brown helped the Boston Celtics win the NBA Championship in 2024. The Celtics star was sensational as he won the 2024 NBA Finals MVP.
Many had hoped that C would be repeated as an NBA champion, but that dream was ruined by the New York Knicks as Boston was eliminated in six games in the second round.
Brown was heavily criticized for his performance as the four times the NBA All-Stars weren’t at their best in the conference semi-finals. Following the early exit of the Celtics, it was reported that Brown was clearly injured.
According to recent reports, Brown appeared to have performed in a partially torn meniscus during the 2025 postseason.
However, sports medicine physician Brian Sattaler recently questioned the validity of Brown’s Meniscus injuries in the X.
“The bone bruises are the same as the tears in Meniscus. I think I missed a part of School,” tweeted Sutterer.
However, medical professionals were unable to call on Brown and the Celtics.
He added in another tweet:
Sutter’s theory was instantly accepted by fans, considering Brown was receiving a large frack after failing to lead the Celtics in the absence of Jason Tatum, who suffered a season-ending injury in Game 4.
As the governing NBA Finals MVP, expectations for Brown were at least to become the second best player on the Celtics’ roster on a given night.
However, Brown didn’t do that against the Knicks in the second round. After all, he averaged 21.3 points, 6.7 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game.
His numbers are still somewhat acceptable, but Brown’s shooting rate certainly isn’t. The Celtics veteran was just 40.4% off the field and 28.9% off the three-point line in six games.
The Celtics have not yet issued a statement regarding Brown’s reported meniscus injuries. So it’s not surprising that NBA fans are watching his injuries as an attempt to save his reputation following an overwhelming postseason run.
