Angel City vs. Carolina Ascent FC
Angel City FC will play Carolina Ascent FC friendly at BMO Stadium at 5pm on Saturday. Tickets start at $20, but can be purchased here. Angel City FC is also holding club battles, a ticket sales competition between local youth clubs. Youth clubs with the most ticket purchases will win exclusive prizes.
LAFC vs. Portland Timbers
LAFC is playing the Portland Timbers at BMO Stadium on Friday at 7pm. Tickets start at $31 and can be purchased here.
Meet and say hello with goalkeeper John McCarthy of LA Galaxy
LA Galaxy goalkeeper John McCarthy hosts free Meet and say hello on Sundays from 1 to 2:30pm at Norms Carson (20420 Avalon Blvd., Carson). The first 50 guests will receive a $20 voucher from the purchase.

Long Beach Dragon Boat Festival
California’s largest Dragon Boat Festival takes place on Saturdays from 8am to 6:30pm at Marine Stadium in Long Beach. The event is free and features traditional Chinese art demonstrations, Chinese acrobatics, traditional dance, hip hop, music and martial arts performances.
Salsa Summer
Featuring Super DJ Robby, the Echo Park project recreates New York City salsa style with La Plaza de Cultura Y Artes. The event offers complimentary salsa dance classes from 6pm to 7pm. Entrance fees are free if you register here.
Adults only
Do you need a break from the kids? Los Angeles is lined up with a variety of adult-only events this weekend, making it a great choice for a bit of an adult fun.
2025 Los Angeles Ventures
