Arsenal is trying to improve its attacking force by signing with athletic club Bilbao attacker Nico Williams at the end of the season.
The 22-year-old has established himself as one of Laliga’s best attackers, and he has stood out in his country in recent months. Williams is also linked to Liverpool.
According to a report from TeamTalk, Arsenal is ready to pay the full release clause to sign Spanish International, and they are confident they will get a deal across the line. The report claims that Arsenal has a substantial relocation budget this summer and is trying to improve its offensive units.
Williams would cost them £49 million and there is no doubt that the attackers have the quality to justify their investment in the long term. He adds targets, pace and talent to his Arsenal offense. He is also versatile enough to operate anywhere on the front 3.
