Charlie Woods has failed in his second attempt to qualify for the US Open.
Woods, 16, made a 3-over 75 card at Wellington (Florida) Golf Club on Thursday. The son of 15-time major champion Tiger Woods was seven strokes with a required score of 68.
However, the young forest showed improvement.
Last year he fired 9 over 81 at the Legacy Golf and Tennis Club in Port St. Lucy, Florida. He rebounded to qualify as a junior amateur in the US, but missed a cut in that tournament with 18 strokes.
Arth Sinha finished on the leaderboard of the US Open in qualifying at 6 under 66.
Tyler Stachhaknas, Carson Krawon and Michael Grigich punched tickets for the 36 hole final qualifying round on the 1st of the Emerald Dunes in West Palm Beach, Florida.
2025 US Open will be held at the Oakmont (Pa.) Country Club from June 12th to 15th.
