Tottenham was soon able to say goodbye to midfielder Eve Bizma, whose many windows outside the UK are still open for business, but he is not the only Spurs Squad member potentially available.
Bissouma, who was removed from the UEFA Super Cup side of Spurs, has also been omitted from the final 22 Champions League A-list team.
Frank has already criticized Africans for his punctuality and discipline since taking over Ange Postecoglou, explaining exactly why the now-injured Bissouma didn’t travel with his team in August due to a Super Cup clash.
“Bissouma is not traveling with the team for disciplinary reasons,” Frank said before his PSG penalty defeat.
“He’s been late a few times and his latest time was way too much. Not only does he need to give players a lot of love, he also needs requests, he needs results. This time there was the results.”
The writing appears on the wall in reports that Tottenham is hoping for Bisma’s proposals from Saudi Arabia and Türkiye. The 29-year-old could therefore leave in the next few days (Givemesport).

This is somewhat backed up by Sky Sports correspondent Michael Bridge. He reported earlier this week that the Vizma exit was indeed a serious possibility after the UK relocation deadline passed at 7pm on Monday.
Bissouma is expected to expire in 2026 and will be able to leave as a free agent next summer. That means Daniel Levy, CEO Vinai Vinkatesham, technical director Johan Lange, and unofficial advisor Fabio Paratici will need to find a new home for him soon.
The Saudi Arabian club can make new signatures until September 23rd, but the Portuguese side will have a Turkish team until September 15th and September 12th.
Moving to any of these departments could be a good option for Bissouma too.
Dane Scarlett managed to adjust Tottenham’s movement with Bissouma
According to London correspondent Alasdair Gold, Scarlett was able to leave Tottenham in an out-of-window movement with Bissouma after failing to secure an exit before Monday’s deadline.
The 21-year-old was recalled to the senior side by Post Coglu in the Spurs’ injury crisis last season, earning an assist during a 4-1 victory at Ipswich and reached the scoresheet in Tottenham’s 3-0 victory over Elfsborg in the Europa League.
Scarlett missed the rest of the season after picking up a gro caliber issue that required surgery – a very unfortunate misfortune for the attacker – his shape before that is probably a sign of the future.
Jose Mourinho called the British “diamonds” during the spell in charge of the Spurs and likened Scarlett to Marcus Rashford, but the introduction of Mohammed Kudus, Zabi Simons and Randal Koro Muani means he suffers from fighting for the squad.
“He’s a diamond and a child with incredible potential,” Mourinho told TNT Sports.
“He has worked with his first team many times, which gives him a different personality. He’s still 16, 17 (March) and I think next season he’ll be the first team team player because he has a lot of talent.
“He’s going to be a great player and I hope everything around him goes well. He’s a striker, number 9, and I play him from a similar aspect to Marcus Rashford, and he’s very smart.”
