Reports say Tottenham Hotspur is currently racing to sign a “sensational” striker who recently visited Harry Kane.
The Tottenham striker search continues even after the saint wins
Tottenham returned to his victory against Southampton yesterday afternoon, winning a 3-1 victory, and Ange Postecoglou is pleased with the fact that Striker Mathys Tel was able to ride the scoresheet for the first time in the Premier League.
Tel is expected to sign Spurs permanently this summer. This will leave Postecoglou relatively abundant in the striker division, with Dominic Solanke and Richarlison available as well.
However, given the doubts about Richarrison’s future, Lily White may be aiming to bring another advance this summer, with many potential goals being identified.

Development: Tottenham is now moving to sign “Monster” striker for £0
Spurs is interested in signing forwards, willing to provide a place at the leading xi.
Lille’s Jonathan David could be an attractive option given the availability of Canadians on a free transfer, but Tottenham is also interested in Ipswich town of Marksman Liam Dellup.
There is a new update on Tottenham’s pursuit of Dellup, and a report from the Bootroom revealed that the Spurs sent a scout in action over the weekend by a striker against the Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The scouts are likely impressed by what he saw, considering the Ipswich star scored the only goal of the game, but ultimately succumbed to a 2-1 defeat with a relegation six-pointer.
Officials from Liverpool and Newcastle United were also present, so he didn’t lack in interest this summer.
“Sensemational” Dellup could be the ideal heir to Harry Kane
Naturally, Tottenham has found it difficult to replace Harry Kane since his move to Bayern Munich. Dominique Solanke has been suffering from injuries this season. That means he only has seven Premier League goals in his name.
Meanwhile, Delap scored 12 goals for the Tractor Boys. This is by no means a feat given that he is almost certainly playing to be kicked out of the top flight.
It’s still early for the Ipswich striker, but Danny Murphy suggests he could become the successor to British Kane.
Not only that, the 22-year-old has received high praise from media members, acclaimed early in the campaign as “sensational,” and has admitted to idolizing Kane before.
“He’s someone I’ve admired for years. He has everything. He has the most amazing career and he’s still flying. It’s an incredible experience to watch him live.” – Liam Dellup of Harry Kane
Delap lined up to take over Kane at the international level, and his performance from Ipswich shows that he could be a suitable alternative to Tottenham’s England captain.
