Tottenham Hotspur is interested in signing Bournemouth attacker Antoine Cemenno, who wants to make a significant investment to get the deal done.
Fitches reports that Tottenham is impressed with the performance of the 25-year-old Ghana International and is ready to pay 60 million euros to close the transaction. The player has contributed 16 goals this season, and the opportunity to play for a big club is extremely exciting for him.
There were rumours that the player could cost around £70 million.
That could be the ideal step for him at this stage of his career. He has proven himself in the Premier League and will want to compete for a club that can compete for the trophy. He is also linked to Manchester United.
Tottenham had a disappointing season this year, finishing 15th in the league table, but can compete for the domestic trophy. They still belong to the UEFA Europa League semi-finals and were able to secure their qualifications for the Champions League if they won the tournament.
Can Tottenham negotiate a deal with Antoine Cementho?
It will be interesting to see if the cherry are ready to sell players in the summer. Tottenham dealt with them last summer when they signed with Dominique Solanke. They hope to get the deal done for the 25-year-old as well.
Semeño is in the peak of his career and he will want to play at the highest level possible. It is still unknown how the situation will unfold.
The report claims that Semenyo fits the player’s profile. Tottenham coaching staff are looking for. The attackers are also open to moving this summer. It will be interesting to see if the two clubs can negotiate a deal now.
