Tottenham Hotspur is currently keen to sign the “best” Premier League right back, and according to the report, they are expected to hold an agent talk soon.
Udogie’s pursuit of full-back amidst his interest
Tottenham’s performance in the Premier League this season is a major source of concern, but Destiny Udogie has done enough to attract Manchester City’s attention.
So, if the 59-year-old stays with his post as manager and AC Milan’s Theo Hernandez is identified as a key target, Ange Postecoglou may be tasked with bringing in a new left back this summer.
There was also a suggestion that the Spurs could be strengthened on the other side of their defense this summer. Consultations began last month to sign Flamengo’s right-back Wesley Franca, and new targets came into the frame alongside the Brazilians.

The Spurs are taking part in the race for midfielders targeted by Premier League rival Chelsea.
According to a catch-offside report, Tottenham wants to sign Nottingham Forest defender Olaaina, and Nigerian performance has captured the eye of the entire Premier League club this season.
Newcastle United, Liverpool and Chelsea have also been nominated as potential suitors for defenders, so there is fierce competition for his signature this summer, and it could also make him stay on the ground in the city.
Forest is trying to offer Aina a new long-term contract to drive profits away from elsewhere, but his services will be difficult to maintain, and Spurs is expected to open an agent’s talk in the near future.
The current right-back deal is set to expire at the end of the summer. This means that if he does not agree to the new terms with the forest, he may be available for free transfers.

Aina is currently in the “best” right back of the Premier League
The 28-year-old spent time with Hull City, Fulham and Torino, steadily rising to the top before establishing himself as a key player in the Forest chasing the Champions League this season in the Premier League.
Impressed by the tricky tree, the London-born defender has been described as “the best right-back in the Premier League” by former Nigerian international Julius Agahua, and has proven to be “effective” in both defense and offensive.
Pedro Polo has been criticised for some of his defensive performances this season. This suggests that even though DJed Spence is one of the “best performers”, it may be wise for Tottenham to bring a new right-back this summer.
Aina has proven to be one of the best options available given the level of performance this season, and his potential availability on a free transfer is an additional bonus for Tottenham.
