The KTS racing team has announced that they have split up with Front Running Island TT rider Jamie Coward by mutual agreement ahead of the 2026 season.
Coward has been a member of the KTS team since 2019, and has been a move that will allow him to grow as a major player in the international road racing scene.
Using KTS, he became a top six regular candidate in the Big Bike Machine on the People TT Island, and the highlight of the time for both parties was the Super Win Class podium equipment in 2019 and 2023.
In a brief statement, the team said:
“Jamie has been an important part of our journey over the past six years and we are grateful for his dedication, hard work and passion during his time on the team, standing on the podiums of Mann TT, Northwest 200 Southern 100 and Armor Road Race.
“We wish him all the success in the future, both on and off the track.
“To our sponsors, supporters and fans – thank you as always and as always to be a part of the KTS Racing family.
“We look forward to sharing the next chapter soon, what’s coming.”
Koward was forced to miss this year’s Human Island TT after being injured after crashing at 200 Northwest a few weeks ago.
Mike Brown chose to join the team for the event with his first signing with Michael Laberty’s new MLAV racing entry.
In response to a statement issued by KTS, Coward said: “I wanted to thank all the KTS racing teams.
“I can’t fully appreciate all the support you have given me.”
