Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez has linked his move from the club, with Napoli and AC Milan eager to secure his signature.
According to Corriere Dello Sport records, Antonio Conte and Max Allegri want to sign players. Nunes struggles with regular opportunities in Liverpool and they are ready to offer him an exit route.
Summer moves are perfect for all parties
The Uruguayans have been extremely inconsistent since they moved to the UK. He has shown his incredible quality at times, but he can be very frustrated with his decisions and endings. He was able to find just seven outskirts of the net last season, and Liverpool needed an upgrade. If they want to fight for a major trophy, they need a clinical scorer.
According to the report, Liverpool is ready to sell players for €60 million. It will be interesting to see whether Milan or Naples are willing to pay him such money. They may wish to sign him for a more reasonable amount. He is clearly not wanted in Liverpool and they are under pressure to get him cash.
Darwinnes needs a new start
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old is aiming to build a career in regular football at another club. He tries to compete at the highest level, and the opportunity to join Naples and Milan could be exciting. Napoli has won the league title and will compete in the UEFA Champions League. Milan is also the largest club in the world. It would be interesting to see where he ends up going.
Conte and Allegri are both world-class managers and the fact that they want him shows how highly acclaimed the players are. He has been labelled “incredible” in the past.
