"Unruly"... Jeff Teague ranks Stephen Curry ahead of NBA legends "save the league"

Former NBA player Jeff Teague will be honest about Stephen Curry’s rankings on the best point guard list of all time.

Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry has made a phenomenal impact on the NBA’s modern day thanks to his insane three-point shooting ability.

Along the way, the baby face-to-face assassin has won four NBA championships amid various other accolades.

Of course, Curry has come into the greatest debate of all time, but at least as far as point guard debate goes, most people rank La Lakers legend Magic Johnson above him.

Former NBA player Jeff Teague recently discussed Curry and Johnson’s best NBA rankings of all time on an episode of the Club 520 podcast.

During the discussion, Teague has surprisingly chosen Steph before the magic, but there is “disrespectful” entry.

“I’m taking Magic Johnson to Steph. I know that Magic saved the league. I know that he and Larry Bird saved the NBA.

“The magic made it cool to be a big point guard, but Steph saved everyone. Steph is the best PG ever, Teague said.

A few years ago, magic was considered the greatest PG ever. However, since Steph won the 2022 NBA Championship along with his first NBA Finals MVP, many have begun ranking curry across Johnson.

The argument is always there, but the magic shuts down the comparison with the great answer once.

In addition to his claims, Teague has worked on the Bleacher Report’s latest Top 100 NBA players all-time rankings.

On the list, Curry took 10th place and Johnson finished fourth on the list. Teague then insisted that he would need to exchange his position. why? Well, he gave a unique reason.

“What he did in 6’3,” Blog. As for Magic Johnson, he’s 6’99 so he could play anyway.” (he could have played center),” Teague continued.

Teague’s panel noted that if Curry and Johnson were to face each other, the Magic could have defended Steph, but the other way around was not possible.

Teague replied: “No. No. Have you ever seen Magic Johnson move? He had no chance in hell protecting Steph Curry.”

That was a big statement from Teague and would anger many NBA fans.
