Hugo Ekitike went 1-0 for Liverpool against Crystal Palace just four minutes after today’s Community Shield clash at Wembley.
The French forward joined the Reds of Entracht Frankfurt this summer, and today is his first competitive game for the club.
It turned out to be a dream start for Ekitike, and for summer arrival companion Florian Wiltz, he got the opening assist for the palace.
