23-year-old Kolkata Knight Rider (KKR) right-handed pacer Hersitrana has regained the controversial flying kiss celebration in the 15th match of the 2025 Indian Premier League.
Harshit Rana has stopped the flying kiss celebration with a slight twist after rejecting Hyderabad’s Abhishek Sharma, who opened the explosive sunrise Hyderabad at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Thursday, April 3rd.

Harshit Rana removes Abhishek Sharma in 2
The 200-defending Kolkata Knight Rider bowler led his team to a great start as Vaibhav Arora removed Travis Head first and Harshit Rana removed Abhishek Sharma second.
On the second and final ball, Harshit Lana bowled the slow ball into the wide offstamped Abhishek Sharma. Abhishek Sharma threw his hand at it and his bad hands fell off. The ball looped from the edge and slipped straight into Venkatish’s hand.
After rejecting SRH opener Abhishek Sharma for 6-ball 2, Harshit Rana brought the celebration of a flying kiss. But he did it with a twist after being punished by the governing body last season.
